JayJay

I tried to get up as much as I could, considering the chain around my neck. The chain felt a little odd though, like I could sort of see that the chain around my neck was loose, but it felt like it was tightly wrapped around. I looked up at the almost-dawning sky, and tried to focus on other voices. I could still hear Daniel’s voice, and it didn’t seem like he was too far away. I yelled out, over and over again, but nothing happened. Daniel’s voice didn’t seem to respond. Something felt wrong, very wrong. Of course, when something’s wrong, what do you do? Yell, and yell, and yell, till someone else does something.

Well, something did happen. I couldn’t yell anymore. No, literally. After my unth yell, all I could do was a muffled sound. Like something was wrapped around my mouth. I tried moving my mouth, and it could move properly, but my yells came out as muffled sounds. Something was really wrong. And it had nothing to do with my throat.

Okay, I did what anyone would do. I totally panicked. I was totally thrashing around, when something came loose. I think. I felt something like a wire on my arm, but when I looked at it, there was nothing here but some particles of dirt. I started feeling up the wire, until it got to my neck. I pulled at it, and it came loose. And the entire setting in front of me disappeared. And I found myself in a helmet. Or at least my head was.

I pried off the helmet and I was in a lab. A freaky dark lab with little green star-like lights flashing at me. I looked around and noticed Daniel sitting in a weird dentist chair not far from me, wearing a similar helmet…

Where were we?

Emily

I don't know where I am now. After so many turns and twists down the endless dark halls I have finally lost count. My legs finally crumple beneth me and I double over, catching my breath. The hall echoed with my breathing but thankfully, I cannot hear the malicious melody anymore. The ground is cold and hard against my burning cheek. Such fear I feel ...

I hear loud footsteps from the ground. It grew louder and closer to where I was laying and with it, I hear frantic breathing. Then a sharp pain sprouted from my side.
"Ahwwwah!"
I rolled over in time to watch a dark shadow vault over me to land unceremoniously on the ground.
"D-daniel?"
I waited at a cautious distance but there was no answer from the still shape on the ground.
"Jenny? Jonathan?"

Then I heard a soft tinkle and an eerie glow from far down the hall behind me.

twinkle twinkle little star ... I found you

Something cold grabbed my hand ... and pulled ...
